Comfortable room facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to several metro lines, bars, restaurants and in 20-30 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. Nice area.

Overpriced for the quality offered – disappointing experience. We booked this hotel in central Madrid for a special occasion — a birthday celebration with guests. Unfortunately, it coincided with a major international tourism fair, which led to extremely inflated prices. What we received for the cost was far from acceptable: the service was mediocre, cleanliness left much to be desired, and the amenities were barely above basic. Comfort was passable, and the location was good, but that alone cannot justify such a high price. Would not recommend this hotel unless pricing becomes more realistic.
