Location is really ideal, it is close to two big squares and two metro stations. The hotel is very clean, and nicely decorated. The room was comfortable and clena, and it contained everything that you would need. The staff is really friendly, and they are prepared to go above and beyond to meet all your needs. The breakfast was excellent, there were many options so everyone can find somethnig they like. All in all, we would reccomend it to everyone coming to Madrid.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are incredibly helpful. The breakfasts are to die for and the ground floor sitting room/bar is cosy, atmospheric and well stocked.
