The staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was always super good. and the decoration and ambiance of the whole hote. the Christmas decorations and the terrace bar. wow.

The hotel is very well-organized, with professional staff and excellent cleaning services. Additionally, the hotel is connected to a shopping complex.

My annoyance is to do with the delivery of a package I was expecting. However, I expect it was nothing to do with the Hotel but nonetheless very irritating as it was never delivered to me by UPS and they actually said it was delivered twice. So I don’t know who is it fault here. I would stay here again though, so that’s a good recommendation.
