Location is excellent. Gran Via is a major street in Madrid and full of life and people. The room was spacious and the small kitchenette very useful.

The staffs were so nice and friendly.The housekeeping or the cleaners were really friendly always smiling and making sure our room is clean and our towels are changed

Everything, the location is insane. In Plaza de Espania, 1 min from metro, right in the heart of Madrid, restaurants, shopping areas next to the hotel. The room is confortable, with a small kitchen, very clean. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can have a la carte dish with great prices.
