Our stay at Eric Vökel Madrid Suites exceeded all of our expectations. I had booked the accommodation for six friends and myself, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, charming, and welcoming everything was. The location was perfect—close to everything and very convenient for exploring Madrid. The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special mention to Ruslana, who was especially kind and friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace quickly became our favorite spot for pre-dinner aperitifs before heading out in the evening. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation and would definitely stay here again!

The block of flats has a great location, ease of access from public transportation (metro) and to central parts of Madrid, plenty of restaurants in the area, friendly staff. The flat has everything necessary for a few days stay, good air conditioning.
