We loved the location which was great - we could walk to almost everywhere we visited. We loved the rooftop pool for a mid afternoon refresh and cool down. Even though it is small and quite busy there was always a chance for a dip and relax . The room was comfortable and aircon was brilliant. Staff were great and welcoming.

This hotel was excellent! Arrived at 12.30 and room was ready. Was great to have time to take advantage of the hotel facilities before we went out. Rooftop pool area isn't big but it's lovely. The views are great! The seats at Rooftop are really comfy could have stayed there all afternoon. Enjoyed a dip in the plunge pool. The view from the room was plaza de espana but it wasn't too noisy. Beds were really comfy in fact the whole room including bathroom was ideal. Good sized fridge and drinking water available on every floor. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Location is ideal! Booking.com said checkout was 11.30 but it was 12. We left our cases for a few hours when we checked out and was well organised. Miriam at reception was very helpful when we checked out. Definitely would stay here again!

Nice hotel with perfect location, exceptional breakfest and friendly staff. Especially big thanks to Beatriz for helping and suporting us when we needed the help with some practicalities.
