The staff were very friendly. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the room. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Not in the city centre but very close to a metro stop.

The location is strategic, situated in a quiet(er) neighbourhood with bus stops just outside of the hotel, metro station is about 100m away, close to Atocha train station and Retiro Park. Room is huge enough for 3 (we went for a family room), the sofabed was made upon check-in, which was great and helpful. Complimentary glass water bottles were provided which we could refill freely at the lobby - I support the idea for plastic-less environmental sustainability. Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was ample and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would choose to stay again if conditions allow.

The hotel rooms are very quiet and clean. We didn't hear any noise from other guests. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the station.
