It was a very cute apartment with everything that a small family needs for a week in Madrid. It felt like home as soon as you got inside. It has a laundry -drying machine which is very helpful, good air condition and even treats in the fridge when you arrive. Very thoughtful and kind. The location was close to everything and you could use a taxi for 10-20 minutes almost everywhere and of course a nearby metro and bus station for those who want to use public transport mostly. Very Important fact that the host was very responsive to every one of our needs and very willing to help.

Great apartment—clean, fully equipped and very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, but it could get a bit noisy at times. Overall, a great stay.

The check in instructions were very simple and easy to follow. The appartment was very clean and AC turnes on, which was a plus on arriving on a hot june day. They offered some bottles of water and juice, coffee and some things for breakfast, which were very helpful. The location is very close to a bus linked directly to the Retiro park and Prado Museum and also a metro line which takes you to the city center and also to the train station. Next to the building there's a Mercadona supermarket and there are some restaurants and a pharmacy very near by.
