The fine print
A payment of 10% of the reservation value (non-refundable) will be required for confirmation in the following cases:
- Reservations in which three or more apartments are booked
- Reservations with a stay of 15 days or more.
If such payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled.In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.
The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything. The location is super central, and just a few bus rides or a walk from major landmarks. The apartment was also very comfortable and modern. You can tell it was recently updated. The main bed and sofa bed were also comfortable and my family of four slept well. But more than anything the staff and their help was exceptional. My eldest child became quite ill towards the end of our stay. And when we needed help at 11pm with new sheets the management sent someone straight away with fresh bed sheets so we could change the beds in case we needed. They were also nice enough to extend out exit by an hour - and no one complained when we took a bit longer due to our kids. If I could give them more than a 10 I would. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Fantastic location, close to Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor & several metro stations. Along the same street Calle Cava Baja are numerous well priced tapas bars. The communication from the apartment management was excellent from start to finish, very professional. The apartments are very clean with all the essentials including hair dryer, iron and kitchen utensils/equipment. We were very happy with our stay and we will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Very central, well organised although the space was not so big for 4 people and the appliances were of quality.
