The staff were exceptional both at the front desk and breakfast room. Our room a suite was superb, clean, quiet, comfortable. Complimentary Cava and fruit platter on arrival and a fruit platter on departure- superb! Free tea and coffee in the room. Excellent WIFI. Plenty of storage space. Large bathroom with big walk in shower. It’s probably the best kept and cleanest rooms we have stayed in. Breakfast buffet is huge with lots of hot and cold choices. Very fresh food, eggs cooked to order. The hotel itself is in a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s only a few minutes to a metro stop and Plaza Major.

Breakfast was excellent. The freshly squeezed orange juice was truly authentic, and they prepare it right in front of you. Perhaps the selection of cold cuts could have been a bit better, but that does not affect my overall rating at all — 10/10. The location is also perfect: Plaza Mayor is about a 7-minute walk away, Puerta del Sol only 5 minutes, Mercado de San Miguel around 10 minutes, the Reina Sofía Museum and the Prado Museum about 15 minutes, and Gran Vía just a 10 minutes away on foot.

Everything was absolutely perfect!The staff, we felt very welcome. The room very clean and tidy.Location is perfect, very closed to all the shops, city centre, lots of cafes around. Will definitely stay here again when in Madrid .
