Close to Atocha. Supermarket close by and nice little welcoming restaurant nearby ( Le Roble). Clean comfy good facilities

Although fully automated via app and Whatsasp, there responsiveness was impressive and everything in place which reduced any travel stress, especially arriving from a long overseas trip

We liked everything. Fantastic facilities they have thought of all the little extras and then some. Response from staff is very efficient.Very affordable The bed and bedding was very comfortable. I would definitely use Bob W Arte again.

Great place near to Atocha railway station and several metro stations. A short walk into the centre of the city and a great attentive and helpful staff. Especially Maria, Rosa and Estrella. Thank you. Really great to have oven/microwave, hob, kettle, fridge/freezer, toaster and equipment.
