The location was excellent, the staff were quick to solve any issues, everything was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was also comfortable for three people. Additionally, each floor was decorated with illustrations of Madrid’s symbols, which my son really loved..

Brilliant location and friendly staff. Easy walk to Sol and many other desired locations. It is located in a popular entertainment area with limited vehicle access and many bars and flamenco shows. The soundproof doors keep out all of the noise. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed for our stay. Staff speak English and were happy to help with any requests. We could drop our bags off early.

The property is very clean and the staff is very nice, and nearly everything is within walking distance! Ferial was so helpful with introducing the city and attractions, and booking our connections to the airport. Would definitely come and stay again.

Staff at the Blume Cruz Suites are fantastic nothing was a bother to them, at checknin Rodrigo gave us loads of information fir places to go for the best Tapas etc, and places to visit also the best places to watch sunset.
