The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the air conditioning worked well and the shower was hot. The beds were comfy too. Having a balcony was an added bonus too

Very clean, helpful staff. It's a relatively cheap object, and you get what you pay for (in a positive way). If you can afford a more expensive place - I would search for one. If this is your price level - you should not be disappointed.

The appartment is located within 7-10 minutes walk from Avenida de America metro / bus hub. It's quiet, with aircon. The kitchenette is basic but sufficient for the short stay. The personnel was very helpful, we were lucky to get the room prior to check-in time. The room is sufficient for a short stay for two peopple, with soft beds and a small sofa. There is 24h open receiption, the supermarket Lidl is within 5 min walk.

Excellent location, in the center but away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet area. Large and comfortable apartment and terrace. Excellent services and staff. Madrid surprised us because it has transportation, roads, wonderful shopping centers of a big metropolis but it maintains many areas where it seems to be in a village. For eating and drinking you can spend very little.
