Check-in and check-out were easy. The location is superb, as it’s close to many tourist attractions, all within walking distance (i.e Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, Puerta del Sol, Cathedral of Almudena, Royal Palace). When we requested fresh towels and additional tissues, they were provided midway through our stay. We were able to use their kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and cup.

Great location and good support staff. We had several issues during our stay - but there was always someone trying to sort it out. Also- the luggage storage option they offer is a major benefit- that works exactly as described 👍
