The apartment was well styled and comfortable to be in. The decor was tasteful but I would say that they could potentially use a smaller dinner table or remove the coffee table to allow better movement through the living room to the other rooms. All the rooms were very big and had lots storage in them for putting away luggage/clothes. The staff at the MIT House office were very nice and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was right next to a popular metro stop in an up and coming area of Madrid. The restaurants, shops and people were amazing.

Overall, good place to stay. Central location, close to metro station, restaurants and supermarkets. A/C available in the living room and in the corridor from which guests access all the bedrooms. Decent water heater.

The apartment is located in a good location. It's a good apartment. The apartment doors are opened with an application, the next day the doors did not open. We waited more than 3 hours for the technician to arrive late at night. The internet was also turned off. You can only contact them through Booking, or on Spanish numbers, which did not have WhatsApp. They do not respond to messages on Booking. We had a hard time calling Spanish numbers (because we did not have Spanish numbers) and after a long wait, the technician came. The deposit amount, which was supposed to be credited within 7 days, was credited on the 11th day.

Best location, few minutes to metro, with supermarket and many choice of restaurants nearby. The apartment is nice and clean, good enough spaces and bedrooms for our family group of 7. Kitchen is well equipped.
