Apartment Hotel Overview

The Juan Bravo Apartments are situated in the exclusive Salamanca district of Madrid and feature a communal swimming pool, open in summer. Diego de León Metro Station is located opposite the apartments.

Please note that from 29/12/2024 to 30/06/2026 refurbishment and improvement works will be carried out in the building, which will mainly affect the façades and communal areas. Although the floors that are directly affected will be blocked off, please be aware that there may be a higher level of noise from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, occasional dirt in the building, scaffolding installed outside, construction personnel passing through the common areas and/or the collection of material in certain controlled areas.
We ask you to consider the inconvenience that these works may cause you and, if you consider that they will affect the purpose of your stay or your rest, please cancel your reservation free of charge.

Amazing location to stay in Madrid, close to everything. The room was brand-new, which exceeded my expectations. The staff was very gentle, and easy to check in as well. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, 250 yards to the nearest Metro station, a supermarket next door and local facilities close by. The place although dated and clearly in the process of upgrading, was exceptionally clean. Bedding and towels changed twice during our week’s stay and the apartment cleaned. Staff were really helpful and accommodating. The swimming pool was clean and maintained and a welcome relaxation after a day sightseeing in Madrid

The staff and management were very helpful. The rooms were nicely Air-conditioned. The pool was a nice temperature. There was supermarket and bars restaurants beside it. Could BYOB to the pool
