Access to the 5th floor is done through stairs.Aparsol Apartments are situated in various locations in Madrid city centre, all within a short walk of the Puerta del Sol.Once you have made a reservation, please contact the property for the exact address of your apartment.Please let Aparsol Apartments know your expected arrival time at least 48 hours in advance, using the email address provided on your booking confirmation.On arrival in Madrid, please contact the property by telephone at least 30 minutes before you expect to arrive at the apartment. You can use the telephone number in your booking confirmation.Please note that there is EUR 25 charge for late check-in starting from 22:30. Guests must provide a valid credit card upon arrival.Please note, when checking into the property you will need to retrieve the key from the secured lock box. The code to the lock box will be provided when you are ready to check in.Our apartments are not adapted for people with reduced mobility.This property only have remote check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The hosts were especially communicative and returned my charger that I left by posting it to me in Valencia !

The location was perfect, everything we wanted to visit was within 15 minutes of walking. Also the staff was available and polite. We were a group of 5 friends and the apartment was quite spacious.
