We were warmly welcomed and Alicia looked after us so well. Great staff, great accommodations and the rooftop pool was a bonus. Huge thank you to the team for helping return blankie back to the UK- we’re truly grateful. A definite reason to return to Madrid.

Amazing location, very central with a carrefour next door and 2 metro stations very close, so can get to all of Madrid very easily. Room was small but perfectly functional and had everything we needed including very comfy beds!

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, comfy beds, fabulous breakfast. Very stylish. Roof top bar and pool a bonus.
