The location is excellent – it is about a 15-minute walk from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and very close to a metro station, which makes getting around the city easy and convenient. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Their attitude towards guests is truly wonderful. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were comfortable and well maintained.

Location was good, with very easy access via public transport to all the main attractions. Staff were friendly and the twin bedroom we got was comfortable, with natural light. Good water pressure in the shower. They provided toothbrushes, shower cap and tissues, which we appreciated Beds and pillows were comfortable. We found everything clean. Also appreciate the full size mirror in the room (cupboard door) and the roller blinds in the windows that allow a good rest during the night

Slightly out of the main areas, easy access i to town as its right next to the metro that goes to Sol. Supermarket and other convenient shops and food options nearby. Close walking distance to Real Madrid. Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable, albeit basic
