Secure and safe gated estate within Cavelossim. Close to restaurants, supermarket pharmacy and only 15 minutes walk from the beach.

We had a really amazing stay at Villa 17. Luisa by the Sea is a small complex of houses - the entire complex is managed well - beautiful gardens with two pools, by the river and a short walk to the beach. Supermarket, pharmacy and eateries just outside th gate. For villa 17, all logistics where handled incredibly well by Uday. He answered my questions about the property and was very responsive and courteous. Then Franky who is the house manager was also really good, showed us all around the house and helped us air it out as it had been shut up for a few days. He was also very responsive and helpful with things like giving us extra towels etc. There is daily cleaning done as well and the property is very well managed. The downstairs living area has plenty of seating to hang out in. There is terrace by the river to watch the world go by (if you have children you have to be careful as the river is very close to the terrace). Upstairs 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and also balconies so lots of space. Mosquitoes were there but not really a problem. Franky gave us good advice to ensure all windows were closed after 5 pm and all the rooms have a fan and AC. It really is a special house in such a lovely setting. We had a great time and I would highly recommend staying here.
