Francesca was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel welcome. She was communicative, offered suggestions for restaurants and activities, provided a number for a taxi, quickly fixed the wifi when it went down, and even immediately mailed our toiletry bag we left behind. The studio itself was clean and cozy and well-suited to our weekend trip in the mountains. The location couldn't have been more convenient.
