Memorable stay staff are friendly and quick to response in all requests. Having a lot of choices for the Buffet spread for breakfast and the food is sumptuous. Overall the place is so relaxing, quiet and peaceful highly recommended for family staycations. We will definitely comeback. Pool is so beautiful.

Superb staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful from the first moment to the last. That was the biggest impact of the hotel. We tried couple of restaurants and they were excellent. Overall peaceful place. On the negative side, rooms were bit outdated and there was poor noise isolation as we wake up couple of times with the conversations in the next room. Room was bit dark also.

The pool, the spa, the breakfast and the rooms were premium. The Resort is absolutely gorgeous. Restaurant Aka is amazing. The staff is top-notch: always available to help for anything.

We had an incredible stay at Crimson resort and sad to leave today! Staff went above and beyond with their service and friendliness. We mentioned we had just got engaged and they gave us a free room upgrade and celebratory cake. The in-house restaurants were of high quality and we enjoyed dining at them. Will 100% stay here again if returning to Cebu.

Literally everything. We felt like family and were amazed at how friendly the staff were from the lobby to the lifeguards, to the buggy drivers and housekeepers. Great location, the food was AMAZING and I will be back. The rooms clean and fresh, just an amazing resort and experience.

We were greeted with an upgraded room on arrival which was fantastic. The bedrooms were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The azure dinner and menu was fabulous and breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices and all freshly cooked. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The views of the beach are fantastic and the pool is good, although a swim up bar would have been great in the pool.

The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The Crimzone was a definite hit with our kids and all the staff we encountered during our stay were lovely and very helpful.
