The staff were pleasant and helpful. The wrong room had been booked (king instead of twin) and they asked someone to move and cleaned the room for us. Comfortable beds (that looked new) and good shower. Daily housekeeping including replenishing of tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk.

Short overnight stay, very comfy with the best shower. Had lots of tea / coffee and extra snack additions for purchase. Main shopping centre a short drive away.

The room was really comfortable, with all the little things that make a difference, coffee station, mini bar, good pillows, instant hot water, strong water pressure in the shower and pet friendly.

Shelly was absolutely amazing! So kind and considerate - the entire experience was easy and just exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Definitely recommend and pet friendly!

Very welcoming lady at the front counter, she even offered to go to the shops and buy some things for us . The room was very clean and equipped with lots of things including a microwave we we’re very happy
