Friendly helpful staff. Only enough sugar for one cup of tea / coffee. Stained carpets in room. TV difficult to navigate through. Large cumfy bed.

Great place for an overnight before or after a flight in or out of Mackay. Less than a five miunute walk to the terminal and checkin. Room service is great as well if you dont feel like braving the bar/ restaraunt after a long day.

Being situated at the airport, we were expecting a degree of noise from planes landing and taking off. We were pleasantly surprised when in our room, we had zero noise disturbances of any kind. The room we had was small but adequate for our needs. It was presented clean, well appointed, and with a comfortable bed. All in all, we were very happy with our stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others.
