My wife and I, plus our 7 & 4 year old kids, escaped for a last minute New Years Eve booking. It was an absolutely fantastic and relaxing stay! The chalet has everything you need, the rooms & bathroom were spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking etc. We had absolutely no issues at all. The chalet is brilliantly located between two very tall hills/mountains? which make for a fabulous photo oppo. Weather wise, it was quite a cold spell outdoors & we were lucky enough to have some snow, which was fun for our children. *** A helpful tip for other guests*** The chalet doesn't have central heating (which is clearly listed), but we made great use of the log burner which once going, does a brilliant job of warming up the whole property. The host was kind enough to provide some logs etc for the first night, I would recommend that future guests get more logs & kindling in ASAP, especially if staying in winter, as we had the burner on every evening we stayed. There is a petrol station selling this nearby but it isn't open too late into to the evening, so don't get caught out like I did and prep in advance :)

Perfect spot right on the mach loop for watching the planes. Chalet big enough for a family of 6 and a dog and a 5 minute walk to the local pub. Good basic facilities.

excellent location, quiet surroundings, clean house, everything you need is available, the house looks like a jewel between two large and beautiful mountains!
