The staff were lovely from the start, we could store our bags and there was hot water and shampoo, conditioner and body wash if we needed it.

- amazing staff, - the location is perfect: close to the train station and “bus terminal” that goes to Machu Picchu - the restaurant they have downstairs is very good, with an amazing food.
