Great location and view. The bathrooms I think are undergoing renovations so that should be nice for future guests.

The staff couldn't do more to accommodate or anticipate our needs. They helped us with our arrangements for the Machu Picchu trip, asked about (and reminded us) of the return train schedule, they offered a late check-out FOC so we can gather our things or even have a shower after our return from MP. The morning fruit salad we couldn't eat so early was offered upon our return. In short: nothing was too much to make our stay perfect. The location couldn't be more central close to the stations (bus and train)
