The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The price is much lower than other hotels in the city for exactly the same standard. I know because I stayed in another, more expensive hotel before

Daniel at reception was friendly and helpful at all times. I particularly appreciated the complimentary hot tea provided in the reception. It was very useful to be able to store your luggage on the day of departure, too.
