Daniel at reception was friendly and helpful at all times. I particularly appreciated the complimentary hot tea provided in the reception. It was very useful to be able to store your luggage on the day of departure, too.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the place offered great value for money. The downside was that the bathroom had a strong odor.

Very good location. 3 minutes to train station and bus stop for Machupicchu site. A little bit noisy area, but just same all over in Aguas Calientes.

Nice location really close to the train station. The check-in is at 11am which is great when we arrive early in town. TV in the room and confy bed. There are lockers available to leave your stuff if you left the room or arrived before check-in

Only stayed for one night so I can’t complain. The price was great for what you get. The receptionist was very helpful with any questions we had. The location was good, right in the middle. The lockers were super useful during our trip to Machu Picchu and the hot water with teas was a nice addition

The staff Daniel from Argentina was extremely helpful and friendly. As I like the small town so have decided to stay for 5 nights, Daniel used Google Translate and gave me many suggestions about where to visit around the town. The hostel provides a 100% Alpaca blanket! When I stayed in a similar hostel at Cusco, I was frozen cold in the room.

Well situated and i was there only for half a day. So I did not need much. Friendly staff and I could leave excess luggage before going to Matchu Piccu. There is free tea as well in the lobby but when i went in the morning it was gone. Good value for money for the area and I really liked the street it was on!
