The staff were amazing particularly the bar staff. The pool was fabulous. The cleaning staff also were so polite and friendly. Loved the location will definitely return. Biggest bonus was the festival with music every night. The people of Machico are so nice and welcoming.

Very good we had great food, the hotel is super close to the airport 10min, only bolt cost 6 euros. Room was clean but the bed for couples was basically two bads together what was not expected for the price we paid. Staff is super helpful Luis in the reception helped us with car rent and tips around the island
