We stayed just one night as our flight had been cancelled. We were delighted with our choice, although the decor is very dated it was a haven and food for the price. Very close to the airport, and there was a great breakfast included.

Room clean, comfortable and spacious, with three single beds. The location is excellent, although Machico does not have anything like the architectural, garden and cultural interest of Funchal. The buffet evening meal was very good, as was the breakfast. It was a great last night before we took a fast and easy ride to the airport.

Possible to take shower after check-out there is a shower in the WC by the pool
