We didnt get the chance to use the fitness centre because we were at a wedding all day, but the staff were very welcoming and very helpful

It was exceptionally clean and considering it was Fathers Day weekend it always seemed quiet. We loved how there were 2 different bars; one for adults and one for families. It was our 1 year wedding anniversary and the hotel left us a nice card along with a free drink which was lovely! The spa facilities were gorgeous and again, most of the time really quiet. The beds were so comfortable - we extended our stay (which we ended up having to leave early anyway due to an emergency!) because we loved it so much! We had our best nights sleep there and the room was so worth the money. Due to having to leave early, we never got to experience the breakfast but the hotel kindly refunded the cost back. We will 100% be back to stay and had already recommended the hotel before we had left! Big shout out to Kia in the bar/restaurant for being so attentive, friendly and chatty even giving us recommendations for local nightlife. She was super lovely and deserves the shout out!

We have stayed here many times as it is convenient for family visits in the locality. All rooms are effectively identical and good quality.
