Lovely and very comfortable flat in easy reach of Capitolo beaches, the waterpark and Monopoli. Cinzia was very welcoming and whatsapped us daily to make sure everything was OK. She also told us where to find various facilities. The Supermarket Eredi Manghisi was relatively near but in an interesting time warp. The pool is shared but lovely.

Don Onofrio is just a beautiful stay with very spacious rooms on the inside and a nice patio on the outside. It has a clean and nice pool with sun beds ans a very well maintained garden. It’s peaceful enough to hear the birds in the morning and you can sit in the sun or under the big arches for shade and rain shelter. As for personal treatment, we asked help for recommendations for restaurants when we arrived tired and hungry and miss Alberti sent us a personal text with options ans directions. She even helped us call the police for info about paying a parking ticket (as the ticket was not easy to understand 😇) The time and day for the cleaning was also negotiable which is nice and flexibel. From the location is was about 2-3 minutes by car (there’s not really a walkable road) to a breakfast place and a small tabacceria (for cold drinks). Monopoli is about 8-10 minutes by car (parking easiest at the harbour) and the Lidl, which has everything you need, about 10 minutes drive. For us this was perfect.
