The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. The rate included breakfast up to 2 adults only. Children and extra guest breakfast will be charged separately. Please note that hotel will charge the payment in hotel local currency (Macau Pataca) with exchanged rate determined by hotel.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location is very good Nelson the londiner is everybody helpful. He was the one who arranged the table reservation for club 21. The reception couldn't help

The hotel is very new. Some shops are opened only. The room is very updated with good lighting and all controls (lighting, air con and TV) work. Hotel staff tried their best to serve us as there were alot of movement in the late morning till late afternoon. Overall it's a good hotel with lots of potential. We love it as there was no casino inside the hotel =)

The hotel’s location is very convenient and the room i stayed in was spacious and clean. Huge thanks to Miguel for making our stay so pleasant. He was super friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. All the other staff we encountered were friendly and helpful as well. Everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay :))
