The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Location is super convenient, very easy to get around just by walking. Staff is very friendly. I arrived a little too early, Ms Icey at the reception was very helpful, getting me checked in right away, and the room was great!

The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The extra large double bed is very comfortable. The absence of a casino makes this the perfect accommodation for the family.

- The view (if you care to book the lake view bedroom) is superb. - The bed (if you care to book the deluxe bedroom with the king-size bed) is super comfortable. - The gym is very spacious and well equipped. - The sauna works perfectly and is a good and distinctive complementary facility. - The location is amazing; historic Macau is well within walking distance and it is right next to one of the main bus terminals (Praça Ferreira do Amaral).

Very beautiful and spacious room. Great view! Beautiful pool area but very shallow. It was not an infinity pool as the water did not overflow the edge. There is a convenient store at the lobby.

Great location and all the amenities needed for a family of 4. Newish hotel and more shops should be opening within the hotel grounds. Staff were very helpful esp the Filipinos as the other staffs were not very well versed in English. It was a big birthday celebration and they upgraded us to the top floor with amazing views, so we were very happy
