Nice and clean environment with great staffs! Breakfast and dinner buffet selection were amazing! Love the convenience that don don donki is just downstairs. Do take note of shops and recreation opening hours though. The place looks new, with some areas still work in progress and the theme parks were not open on the days we were there.

Peter at reception was fabulous. Huge spacious rooms. Dad stayed at a casino nearby that was more expensive. This was infinitely better

The hotel is clean and the room we stayed in was very nice. We received an upgrade to a view of the Parisian Eiffel Tower. The staff were all very courteous and informative.

I loved that I was upgraded to the King's room with a view of the Parisian. This was the best view. Everything in the room was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel as it exceeded my expectations.

On arrival staff were helpful and courteous. We received an upgrade room with complimentary wine, strawberries and cake as it was our anniversary.
