Hotel was excellent, every staff very good service **except ms.Ahn who check in for our family She look like great but not infront of me she smile behide my back she not i turn my face and have seen her face suddenly changed and she request deposit 1,000 mop. For hotel room. In booking not show deposit policy. Other staff was wonderful except her.
