I like how courteous the staff. They will try to explain to you everything even if there is language barrier. Our things/luggage where secure. Room is cleaned daily and change of linen is explained why it can not be replaced daily. The breakfast is consist of fruits, meats, porridge, nuts, cheese, stri fried noodles, yoghurt and others. As for the location, it is about 10 to 15 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Senado Square, 21 minutes from Hac Sa beach via taxi. There is a bus stand to those who wants to try public transport however to those who wants to do casino hopping, the cotai shadow bus is available via Sands Hotel and Casino. Below the hotel, you can find a walking area with coffee shop, ice cream shop, souvenir shop, restaurant (like Korean and Thai, etc) and lastly disco places. This hotel is one of the three hotels in that area, the other two which are Legend hotel and Rocks being the nearest to Harbour view without crossing over pass or street. I selected the one with the sea view.
