Staff are polite and helpful. Especially Miss Laura at the front desk. Housekeeping staff performed a great job as well. Free tea time snacks, free water park entrance, and free pop at the fridge. Room is clean and tidy.

Very comfortable bed. Room was large, modern with great views. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, varied & delicious. Facilities were great (wave pool). Check in/out was quick & easy. Overall EXCEPTIONAL!!!
