The fine print
Please kindly note:
- Guests' reservation must be guaranteed through a valid credit card (Netcard not accepted) upon its confirmation. The card holder must be a check-in guest. Upon arrival at the hotel, the card holder shall present the same card used for verification. If such card cannot be presented, payment must be settled through another credit card or in cash.
- Third party's credit card or payment is not accepted.
- The hotel may contact the credit card holder for verification purpose.
- Guests are required to provide their estimated arrival time at the time of booking, especially for those who are planning to check in after 18:00.
- The extra bed fee does not include any meals.Please be advised that renovation work is currently underway on certain floors of the hotel. Noise disturbances may occur between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM daily. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Good hotel for the price with a great location. The service is quite decent. The bed was comfortable, and fresh towels were provided daily. Excellent value for money!

Free breakfast for chinese new year. Very thoughtful and helpful staff, especially Bella for the breakfast was very welcoming! Nice facilities!

Great and convenient location, very near to the bus stop, surrounded by convenience shops, restaurants, cafes and casinos. Walking distance to old town for sightseeing all the historical landmarks. Room is spacious and clean, comfortable beds, including extra sofa bed. Clean amenities and toiletries, no smell of cigarettes smoke. Breakfast is so so, nothing special, mostly serve Chinese-style breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful from the lobby, front desk and housekeeping, including transport arrangements. Minor comments: Door no soft closing, can be annoying especially at late night; front desk staff should discourage the customers from queue jumping.
