The hotel was very clean and tidy. The hotel was well maintained. The staff tried to be helpful.

Staffs are very nice. Family room has enough area for 3 adults. Location is good, there is New Yaowhan mall next to the hotel. View from room is also great with Lisbour hotel and Macau Tower.

The concierge was very helpful. Jim was able to point us very quick to help with our luggage’s. He was able to provide accurate information about transport and were able to help our big group to book and wave down taxis

The location of the property was excellent for old Macau, within walking distance San Melo and the Ruins of St Paul. The hotel is set off the busier roads so is a little quieter.
