I loved the personal touches the staff put into our stay. They put balloons and a happy birthday sign on the bed when we arrived. We also received a card and cake with a personal message on it. This made our stay extra special.

We are a family living in Hong Kong, and it is our second stay at Grand Coloane. This hotel has everything to please the parents and the kids: big terraces, swimming pool, playroom, restaurants inside or nearby... The hotel even organized a egg hunt for Easter! Also, I really love the location, right in front of the ocean, surrounded by the hills, and far from all the big casinos. It is still manageable to take a bus/taxi to visit places like Coloane village or the historical city center.

Room very spacious and clean,Beds very comfortable. Room service prompt. Breakfast amazing so much to choose from and tasty. Pool great for kids and large. Overall very good for the cost. I have stayed there 3 times now and enjoy each visit.
