The fine print
In accordance to Macao Special Administrative Region implemented immigration law no. 16/2021. Staying guest(s) are required to present a valid arrival card (authorization to stay receipt) issued by immigration officer upon clearing the immigration. Failure to provide valid arrival card will be refused to stay.The option of third person on sleeps in room decription, it's only included third person extra fees. However, it exclude third persons' charge of extra bed and breakfast.
If guest would like to add breakfast or an extra bed for the third person, they could pay the corresponding fees upon check in.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The check in process was quick and easy. Taxis were organised quickly and the concierge had no issues storing our bags after we’d checked out and offering us a cool drink in reception after we returned late afternoon

Hotel staff from frontdesk, concierge, and housekeeping were attentive and patient to the needs of guests. Room was comfortable and conducive for good rest after a long day. Buffet style breakfast was comprehensive with good mix of Western and Asian selections. Location was generally ok with short taxi ride to most tourist sites and Cotai areas.

This is a great hotel with great service and great hardware. From the moment I made the reservation, every time I communicated with the hotel, I felt that the service was very good. I stayed here to celebrate my partner's birthday, and the hotel not only prepared a cupcake, but also gave me a complimentary room decoration, which was a nice surprise. The room was large and well equipped with all the amenities and hotel supplies, and the bathroom was large and bright, with a view of the sea from the window. The bed is big and you can change the pillows. The hotel has free transportation to Guan Zha and Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal. 1. If you want to go to the city, you need to take the transportation to the Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal to change to other hotels' transportation. 2. To go to the airport, you can only take the AP1 bus at MOP6 per person.

The afternoon tea was tasty and the Happy Hour was a very good deal. Staff were attentive and always happy to help. The food at the restaurant was great. The room was beautiful with a nice sea view. The hotel is a long walk from the pier, but it is a peaceful and scenic walk. It was nice to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the busy towns and casinos. We went to the pool too and the water was a nice temperature.

Location is 15min walk from Border Gate (flat path). Room is well-lit, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Many food options in the vicinity. Close to bus terminal to get to attractions spots (but the bus back will be super packed)

We loved this hotel as it is one of the few without a casino. Restaurants just around the corner, plus great bus service. The staff were exceptional and really helped out with everything.

From the point of arrival until we stepped out the hotel, the staff at the hotel immediately provided us exceptional customer service. In particular two staff, Kevin and Anthony helped ensure we had our luggage taken care of. They gave us a super smooth check in and check out process. They also communicated greatly for us foreigners and ensured we understood everything. The staff also gave really good reccomendations on sights to visit and where to eat which helped us plan itinerary. When we had any trouble with our room cards, they efficiently solved our problems as well. The rooms were also very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Overall, one of the best customer experience we have ever received, and shoutout to the two staff mentioned.

Stay was adobe my expectations only downside was the buffet breakfast not the choice but not very hot.
