The fine print
- Guests are required to provide names (same as the travel document) in English at the time of booking. Other languages are not accepted. Name changes made after booking are not permitted.-All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip.- Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel directly to arrange payment for extra person charges.-Breakfast-included rates include breakfasts for up to 2 adults only. Breakfast for children and/or extra guests will be charged separately.- Once the booking is completed, hotel reserves the right to debit guests' credit card. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted.- The same physical credit card used for booking must be presented by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment.- The Hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of credit card and photo ID/passport of credit card holder are all submitted to hotel 7 days prior the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.- Booking exceeding 2 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed.- Guests aged under 18 must be accompanied by adults (aged above 18) when staying at the property.- The property offer free shuttle service from the airport, ferry terminals, and border gates. Room is very spacious. Large queen size beds with many pillows to choose from. Double wash basins and strong shower head in the toilet. Thick towels, very clean housekeeping. Good toiletries provided in the toilet. Welcome gift was a bonus. The reception and concierge staff were all very helpful and polite.This was my 3rd stay in Conrad and it has not disappointed me with it's high quality service

The room size is big and we got amazing eiffel tower view. The staff has excellent service, they were very helpful, they paid attention very detail, but the level of service provided and helpfulness goes beyond anything that I have experienced it’s even better than some of the five star hotels that I’ve been. Thank you to Ms Anna at the Concierge hotel very patient and good explaining about Macao and recommend to us what to do and food must try at Macao.

The staff were excellent at every point you encountered them. E.g. Eve, at reception, overheard us talking about our next destination and offered us recommendations on transport. The man at the lift lobby spotted we were checking out and guided us to the express check out. The room was spacious. There were nice touches everywhere e.g. the nespresso in the room included some decaf selection, the gym had infused water and washed apples, they put chocolates in our room in the evening with a handwritten note. In terms of location, this is perfect for the casino/resort side of Macao, with shuttle buses to and from other parts of Cotai and the various transport points in and out of Macao.
