We stayed here at the end of October for 3 nights, and our experience was absolutely fantastic. We arrived in the morning, and Irene kindly allowed us to check in early. Communication with her was effortless and very friendly. She resides in the house next door, making it convenient to approach her for any assistance, either in person or through WhatsApp. The apartment exceeded our expectations; it was impeccably clean and more spacious than we had anticipated. The balcony offered a breathtaking view, with mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Parking was available on a private road adjacent to the house. The property is situated in Makari, a charming and laid-back village. Just a minute's walk from the apartment, there's a small shop and café where you can find all the essentials. They also serve exceptional coffee and delicious arancinis for breakfast. While some other restaurants were closed during our stay. For those looking for great swimming spots, you'll find several within a few minutes' drive, such as Spiaggia di Isulidda and Spiaggia di Màcari. All the amenities, restaurants, and one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily are just an 8-minute drive away in San Vito Lo Capo. Additionally, the Zingaro Reserve nearby offers hiking opportunities and hidden beaches to explore, while the charming town of Erice is also well worth a visit.

The host was super helpful and nice. She welcomed us and showed the apartment. The place is perfectly situated next to the one of the most beautiful beaches. It's calm and surrounded by nature. Irene was nice enough to help us with the laundry and gave us recommendation where to eat. The apartment was clean and well equiped. We would like to visit this place again

The Irene apartment was perfect for our stay with easy access to the climbing areas and beach and with a beautiful backdrop of mountains behind. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with both sea and mountain views and only a few minutes walk from two restaurants and a pizza place and just a five minute drive to the supermarket. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful and on hand if you need any assistance.
