Location, staff, had everything we needed inside the house, great facilities including the little shop inside the estate. Facilities close to the lodge and were able to see some animals whilst inside the house.

We totally enjoyed the trip, the Mbali day spa experience was excellent, the staff friendly and really took the time to understand our requirements(Charmaine and Nolo) , the restaurant and bar (Smiley and colleagues) service was exceptional Sonja Swanepoel the host to Elephant lodge assistance was remarkable Definitely a great time and will be going back again

Everything was great. The location, the apartment, the Boma. Animals were amazing to see. Loved how close the pool was and how convenient the shop was to have. We had everything we needed to have a great holiday. The aircon was a bonus too.
