We stayed here for 3 nights this week and some previous reviews had us nervous but we were really impressed. The pitch position is great. In a quiet, set back cul de sac. Really private compared to most statics and convenient parking. It is a little walk to the main part of the site but there is a short cut. The van itself is really well equipped and nicely done out. We were impressed with how clean it was. The sofas were large and surprisingly comfortable. The living space was big and our children loved playing on the lounge floor with their toys without us tripping over them! The TV was a bit temperamental but when we couldn't get the hang of it, we watched DVDs as there was a nice selection! Also some board games which was nice. We took our own bedding as the owner said we would need to hire it, but when we arrived the beds were all made. We used our own bedding in the end as theirs wasn't the best quality and their sheets needed a good launder. Bit stale smelling. It was also just all thrown on the beds and not properly made which was a bit odd. Very creased and the beds weren't dressed properly. The photos I have added is how we left it. We did our best to make it tidy before we left. The fridge and appliances were all new and very clean. A few things needed replacing due to wear - placemats, sofa scatter cushions. The hoover smelt really bad and needs a good clean. Lots of storage in each room and comfortable beds. Shower was powerful and nice and hot. Heating worked really well. Hopefully this review is helpful. We have had some bad experiences with caravan rentals and we would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was modern, spotless, central heating was bang on, storage great,beds were so comfy, host was good at communicating. I will be looking for a longer term. Execeptional.
