I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the congress centrum. The bed was hard. It took a long time before the water was hot in the shower.

Clean, friendly and staff are excellent. If staying trains from Rhandwick to central Maastricht run every 3 minutes at a cost of €1.30 approx with travel card or €2.70 without. Worth buying the card at start of break.

The hotel is easily reachable by public transport from the city centre. Very welcoming and cheerful reception staff. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations and by far was the most varied in choice. Tea/coffee is available in the room. Hotel has an eco smart deal in place - spare the towel change on a stay longer than 1 night and get a free drink at a bar instead. Why not?! ;)

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, although no opportunity to order off the menu. Location was superb with a bus stop right out the front, that was an easy bus ride to the town centre.

Easy check-in. Parking on the street ssafe and free of charge I believe betwen 19:00-08:00am Spacious room, comfortable mattras. Good desk to work on if needed Breakfast sufficient choice
