Room and breakfast nice, the beds are too soft for my liking. Location is good, less than 10 mins walk to the main square.

Centrally located to everything. You can walk to the Mercado and Parques . Love the breakfast buffet and the staff are friendly and very helpful

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and incredibly helpful. The lobby, pool and bedroom were in great condition and I have no complaints about. The location is also great for being able to walk into central Merida, but not having to deal with lots of noise and traffic you'd have in a more central location. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would stay again :)
