Livadi is great.. our room was very spacious with a larger than normal double bed, spotless (we were there a week and our room was cleaned 3 times with replacement towels and bedding), and was equipped with everything needed including TV, free and fast WiFi, air con, toaster, kettle, a variety of cutlery / utensils and a small hob / oven. The pool was maintained to the same high standard, was very spacious and there was more than enough sunbeds and tables, meaning it never became crowded. The location is perfect. It’s around a five minute walk to Lakka centre / port so everything you need and tavernas are easily accessible, but you’re far enough away to have no noise. There are quite a few local beaches and coves. We found 5 stoney beaches and one very small sandy one, including some not shown on maps. All are within 5 to 30 minutes of Lakka for able walkers and one of the closest stoney ones has tavernas and sunbeds; this often had the most people whilst the others were very quiet and at times no one else was there (we were there late September and all the attached pictures are of these beaches). Kostas, who looks after Livadi is brilliant. He contacted us just after we made our booking and was available from this point onward. He met us upon arrival to show us the room and checked everything was OK, made sure we had everything we needed (for our journeys and stay), could provide any info / recommendations and made sure we knew nothing was too much trouble. He was always available via WhatsApp and responded immediately when contacted. If you are looking for a self catering studio on Paxos, this one is great!
