A very clean hotel with parking on the front. The owners are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Plenty of choice for breakfast which you helped yourself to. You could have eggs if you wanted but we were happy with what was there. The location is great, shops and restaurants a short walk away, so is the beach. We had a large room facing the front which was very quiet and a modern shower room.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable single room. Lovely walk in shower. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and biscuits provided. Very friendly hosts. Continental breakfast included with a great selection of cereals, fruit juices, breads, crumpets, tea cakes, fruit and yoghurts

You felt welcomed straight away. Lovely owners who engage with everyone. Location is ideal, just walk for 2 mins in one direction and you are in town or walk in the opposite direction for 2minutes and you are on the beach.

Lovely, welcoming owners. The room was clean, well maintained and had everything I needed. The location is very close (5min walk) to both the town centre and sea front.
