Nice location, house fitted out really will, all good quality fixtures and fittings, very comfortable. Outside yard handy for dogs.

Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Everything you needed was there. The little courtyard was a bit of a sun trap and the garden seating area was lovely. It was not too far to walk into Lytham centre. Took around 20 minutes along the promenade which was a lovely walk.
