Location was very convenient in a busy-ish area for shops bars etc but was hidden away so remained quiet. LOVED the huge bed and tv in bedroom was a bonus. Very spacious for a studio and the little welcome pack of tea, coffee,milk, sugar and biscuits was a nice touch. Friendly responsive owners, I visit Lytham 3/4 times a year and will definitely return.
